Disconnects and doesnt reconnect automatically

Khatoley

I have realized that the app disconnects over the weekend and needs to be used once from client to reconnect. Missed few calls every Monday coz of this. Otherwise works sound.

It’s great, love it!

Good app.

It keeps trying to re-authenticate my log in

wb888wildcat

I just uploaded the latest version and it keeps looping back trying to have me sign in via user and password kind of annoying and it keeps crashing

Does not work

hah are you serious

Ridiculous messaging app. The session frequently expires and whenever I try to log in again I get an invalid request submission form. I have to reset Jabber to log back in again which really defeats the purpose if I’m trying to reply to messages. Also, does not recognize my email set up on my phone when I try and send in a problem report. Just does not even perform its most basic functionality.

Very unreliable app

andyfu

I use Jabber because where I work we have a Cisco phone system. Unfortunately the only reliable thing about this app is its unreliability. Jabber on my iPhone stops notifying me when someone is calling. The only solution seems to be a full reinstallation. However, a week or two later the problem recurs and another reinstallation is necessary.

Love the app but couldnt find screen share or taking screen shot is disabled

Sailapra

App works the best way. But if I am working on my mobile jabber - and my colleague wants to send a screen shot to me - the feature is disabled for them. How can this be avoided so that they can send the screen shot to me?

Comprehensive features, but unreliable performance

thepinkfreudian

Constantly disconnects from IM services and does not reconnect unless I close the app and re-open. I use this app when I work remotely (about 60% of the work week) and I frequently miss calls and chats because the app has disconnected.

Useful app

Johnmehr

App works as intended.

Dec 12, 2018 update brakes off-net non-corporate phone connectivity

FamilyChuckster

Since this last iOS update only corporate phones can connect to Jabber via MRA. Personal iOS phones with Jabber no longer can connect. Jabber for Android is still working as expected for same conditions. Please revert changes. Probably related to CMS inclusions per the updated items list.

Asking to enter SSO creds after thumb impressions

MMouzam

It’s a helpful app but why it’s asking to enter SSO credentials again after having logged into app with thumb enabled feature. It’s hard to enter creds specially while driving... Can this be addressed/ fixed please if not addressed yet?
