The app is buggy and terrible. It would only take ONE competent programmer could fix it… But its not nearly as bad as their actual service. They may leave your clothes smelling like mold, or soaking wet, or ruined in some other way. But there’s no way to get refunds. You spend £3.5 on a wash and end up with dirtier clothes than you started. They will ruin your day and take your money. It seems illegal… If the building you live in has this service, you should ask the management to replace it with another one. Save yourself the nightmare. Circuit management if you’re reading this, you are terrible, terrible people

Online payments were not working so I couldn’t start any washers. Whole laundry room isn’t going to be working for a couple of days because of this. I’m going commando for the foreseeable future because of this app.
Sorry to anyone who has to use this app at their accommodation

This app, is so poorly made and WAY too expensive for a SINGLE load of laundry. I spend £10 on laundry for only 2 loads. It’s so incredibly despicable for this company to extort students who can barely afford the enormous rent fee.

not only are the loads Inordinately expensive, they also still charge you even if the machine won’t work. i tried to start a load twice, the machine would not work, and when i can finally get the app to cooperate, it says low balance because i was charged for the two loads that never went through . u are stealing from university students & it’s gross. & ur machines are bad on their own, everyone’s clothes come out semi-washed or never actually get dry in the dryer . please, universities Everywhere, just get coin machines.
Horribly Overpriced and Rarely Even Works

I had to use Circuit laundry services for uni accommodation. Their machines would break down often and dryers often left the clothes marginally less soaked then when they were put in. All this for four and a half quid!!! This company exploits students so much, because we’re not being exploited enough...

circuit, I hate to say it , but your tech team is below sub par. not one single aspect of the application circuit laundry is functioning. I HATE YOU YOU MADE MY LAUNDRY LIFE MISERABLE. If circuit was a chocolate bomb cake coated with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream, I would not eat it out of SHEER DISRESPECT. During the time of doing laundry with circuit, I could’ve gone to Japan. JAPAN. I hope you fix this problem, I truly do. But I can’t bear to even read the name circuit laundry ever again./
