Really annoying

To be really honest, this app has caused me more frustrations than making my day easier. I wanted to get my laundry done quickly, but this app either refuses to work or can only be described as fiddley at best. It is wonky, riddled with bugs and worst of all, especially as a college student it does not get the laundry done when I need it to. Really bad experience and I hope the residence team gets rid of it from the machines and reverts it back to coins.

I’m like another user, I am going out of my way to review this app because I had such a terrible experience with it. I downloaded the app and topped it up but then it became buggy and I deleted the app in order to try to fix the bug but the app keeps crashing on me and I can’t even create a new profile. I’ve been having to get other people with the app help me do my laundry. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. To any universities or other potential customers, please please don’t inflict this app on your students or residents. A coin operated system would be much better. (Now speaking to the Circuit app developers, maybe fix your app??? The concept isn’t that terrible, but the execution is. If you could fix the bugs and make the app initiation and not a frustrating experience to use, I would be happy to recommend it. But it certainly isn’t fit for a recommendation right now.)

Machines are always down or not working properly

It took me an hour just to figure out how to work the system to even just start doing my laundry. I didn’t think I would have to deal with it again until I had to top up. In which I couldn’t log in. I tried resetting my password but it wouldn’t let me. On another note, the washers never ring out the clothes enough so that they can fully dry in the dryers. I do pretty small loads too. I once put my clothes through the dryer 3 times to which some were still damp. Also, the prices are really expensive for the service. £2.60 for a tiny load that is dripping wet when I pull it out. Laundry is already an annoying and slightly unpleasant chore. By charging ridiculous amounts and providing machines that are constantly broken or not working properly, circuit makes laundry an extremely unpleasant experience.

Save your money, time, and mental stability by going to a laundromat. I’ve never written a review before but needed to after the aggravation this app has caused me. The app does not work, the machines do not work, and the company steals your money with no reconcile. I tried to log in on the website and it claimed “There is no user registered with that email address”, but I had the app open right next to it using the same email? I could not recommend this app to anybody and it is obvious the developers do not care enough to fix it because they are stealing money. Read all of the 1 star reviews and run!!!
You're better off buying new clothes at Primark

The app signed me out and then I tried to log back in. I forgot my password, but the website tells me "no user account exists." When I try to sign up for a new account, it tells me "account already exists." My money is now lost. DON'T USE THIS APP. It's a scam to take people's money! I should've just bought new clothes at Primark.
Terrible app and machines are expensive

This is possibly the worst app I have on my entire phone. Half the time it doesn’t work, doing laundry costs a fortune, they ask for your entire life’s story every time you want to add funds, and it doesn’t actually clean or dry your clothes properly.
