The money in my account has randomly disappeared and the app barely works with machines. I feel sorry for anybody who has to use this app to wash their clothes.

The app has constantly said my balance is lower than it actually is and eats my money up. The timer is never accurate and sometimes will say my wash is going when it didn’t actually start ever. Such a rip off and inaccurate.

Incredibly buggy. This should be removed from the App Store immediately. The app made it nearly impossible to continue at times.

This app steals money students don't have. Every single time I have washed my clothes one of the machines take my money without working properly. Customer service is no help. The accommodation company ought to be ashamed of themselves for allowing this company to monopolise an accommodation's laundry service and provide such awful service. Don't use if you have laundry elsewhere, and the accommodation services need to get out of this contact as fast as possible if they care about their students. A few pounds lost every time you do laundry is a lot of money to a student.

From the beginning the experience using circuit facilities has been a gigantic pain. This app is no different. I would go into it more, but there would be a full dissertation to write and I already am working on one of those. This company has a LOT of things they need to fix, streamline, or where they should just get out of their own way and that of their customers.

Designed to take as much money from your pocket as possible, scam. If you can use another laundry machine use it. They make you buy a card, put money on said card, and I still have technical difficulties for a computer science major. Difficult is the best way to describe this
