Absolutely Terrible

I never review apps but this app is the WORST thing I have ever experienced. Literally never works or does what it’s supposed to. PLEASE JUST USE A COIN SYSTEM- or pick an app that actually does what it’s meant to. Such a waste.

This app is actually more dirty than the clothes I put in the washer. It’s buggy, has eaten money, and crashes often. It’s a shame my school makes us use this. If you have another option, find it.

I had 33.20 £ on that App. When to do my laundry and suddenly my money turned to 0£ and I was log off the App. I’ve trying to log in with no success. Couldn’t do my laundry and lost my money. I want my money back !!!! The App just continues to ask for a user and password to log in with no way to close it or restart it. I shut down my cell but always get the same results and my money is gone. If someone at Apple is reading this I can’t understand why you allow an App like this on the Apple Store. Fraud shouldn’t be allow. Apple, do you test the Apps you allow to be on your store ?

App is not really compatible IOS, extremely buggy, stole about £5 from me. Wouldn’t connect to the machines. Or would connect but machines wouldn’t start. Smh stealing from poor college student. ☹️

I’m usually not the type of person to review apps; however, for Circuit Laundry, I’m willing to make an exception. Simply put, it takes one day to open a bank account, but who knows how long it will take to do a load of laundry with Circuit. Whoever designed this app should forever live in shame. Their parents should disown them, their spouses should divorce them, and their children should change their names. Never in my life have I encountered an app so broken and unsalvageable. The only way it will work is by the grace of almighty God. However, even then, it’s barely functional, and you will need to devout a considerable amount of time to complete a SINGLE load of laundry. Your own customers are laughing at you and how inept you are- no support or interaction at all from your end. I’ve been trying to get a hold of you to fix these problems... but you seem unwilling/unable to respond. My only conclusion is that you want to upset your customers and run a terrible business. If this is the case (which I hope it is), YOU HAVE THOROUGHLY SUCCEEDED!!

I don't write reviews. I am going out of my wayto write one because I have had so many issues with this app. This app has stolen money from me and is keeping me from doing my laundry and it physically pains me.
It just stopped working halfway through the semester but it woulda still take my money

Absolute garbage app. Whoever made this should be ashamed that this managed to get published. It takes your money no matter what but generally fails to do anything else.
A disgrace to the name of laundry

This app makes me want to die every time I do laundry. - doesn’t work at all unless you have stellar WiFi and our laundry room is in a basement with bad connection - I always have to try to start a load 3-4 times before it works, sometimes I’m charged for a load that won’t start - no way to see past transactions - no way to check which machines are available in advance - the countdown timer is literally always wrong - laundry is criminally overpriced if I ever do manage to get it to work As a uni student I’m disgusted that Circuit is my only laundry option. Will Circuit compensate me when all my hair falls out from the stress of doing washing with this app? I think not! Avoid at all costs!!!
