This is a horrible app. I did a test transfer of 2 dollars to make sure it would go through and it worked. Then I tried to send 80.07 to a different account of mine and guess what? They locked me out of account and won’t let me send the money. They sent me a message saying they have to review my account. Complete waste of time. Update: Review didn’t take that long but 2 days. Sending money to your bank is free. I just don’t understand why they need to do a review. That is the negative part. I am not sure if I will try sending more than 80 because I am afraid they won’t give it to me. Update 05/02/2019: Sent 375 to my other bank account and wanted to send the remaining 285 but guess what? Yep got reviewed again ?? this is a waste of time dealing with these people. Choose a different app!!

Locked my account for no real reason, then the staff makes a claim that I was put in a random pool for a limit increase that I did not request. Only did two transactions and now I have 100+ locked in my account that I can’t access unless I give them my most personal information. This app should be investigated, my friend had the same crap happen to him. This app is run by thieves that lock your account for using the app I’ll just stick to Zelle from now on. Also, keep the money circle I’m not risking identity theft for a hundred bucks what a joke if I could give zero stars I would.

I was declined access to the app for “security reasons” with no explanation whatsoever. All of my information was correct and not fraudulent. If there was a problem with my info they should have given me a chance to correct it. Pointless app. I’ll just stick to Zelle, it’s a lot better than this nonsense.

Cash App is overrated and not NEAR as good as Circle Pay.. this app is amazing! I get my money STRAIGHT onto my card WITH NO FEE!! I had a problem of forgetting my password.. and the customer service was amazing! They helped me out so fast in less than 24 hours! Have got my family and friends on it.. it’s great!! Really recommend!!!!! ????
