completely horrid experience with this app

I downloaded the app to send money to one of my friend to pick me up some things as soon as I sent him the money I asked if he could send it back because I changed my mind. As soon as he tried to send it back they put his account under review (said would be 1-3 business days) about 2 weeks ago and we both have yet to see my money. This is a terrible company who prays off others hard earned money. Completely and utterly sad and not worth anyone’s time.

It was a good app a good way to put money in to my varo account , but they decided to close my account, I don’t trust this app anymore won’t recommend You’re better off using Venmo or some other app honestly the service is not good , I tried to contact them but I didn’t got any real answers

This app is pathetic. You are better off using Google Wallet, Cash App, etc. I couldn't even make a simple 5$ transaction without being harassed for an I.D. and a selfie. After providing said credentials, my account was closed. Ridiculous and absurd to say the least. A complete waste of time, download, and hard drive space. I highly suggest avoiding this atrocity of an app and finding one that's more efficient and practical.

This app is literally the worst of the money sending apps. I was sent 100 and it wasn't even my first transaction and they have been "reviewing" my account for like 5 days. And I needed my money days ago. Do Not download. Use venmo !!
