Works but it slows down my network

I get about 110mbps download speed, when I turn this on, I get about 5-10 mbps, practically unworkable. Seems to block what it’s suppose to but couldn’t really test it out fully due to the download speed degradation it causes, had to turn it off and went back to OpenDns

Circle has nice features, pausing internet, time limits, etc. we tried it through Netgear with the paid service. Worked really well for a few days and then our WiFi network went downhill. Devices wouldn’t connect, tried to reset it and it would work for a day or so. In today’s world of smart switches and devices having to reset your WiFi’s network has an impact of a few hours to reconnect everything. I would add our network never had a problem before adding the circle feature. Good concept but definitely didn’t work for us.

I have circle on the go or whatever it's called installed. I recently went out with a few of my friends and my parents for got to remove the time limit. I was stuck for about 2 hours after they said they would pick me up and I was left there playing random games on my phone. I was scared and all my friends had left. This is a problem I don't know how to bypass and my parents have just removed circle from our WiFi. Fix this

Circle was there for us, until we needed it.

Improving the service means that original Circle customers can’t link their Circle to a new subscription service. I can’t tell if I buy a Plus if everything gets managed from one app or if I need two. I don’t want to manage two different apps and create two sets of controls for each device.

I wrote a review less than a week ago and looks like “they” removed it! I paid for the service for my Netgear Orbi and the app would not work. I called Apple customer support and they could not help. Then I called Netgear and the call was routed to a call center in India who was even more useless. No follow from Netgear to even try to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. It’s like Netgear could care less about supporting this app....

I got a new phone and number because my old one is completely destroyed now. I can’t access the app and my other devices are paused the only way I can access it is with a code in the app...which I don’t have access to so I’m screwed there should at least be another way to recover
