Great but useless on iOS to Mac devices

Great app and I love it but a bug that hasn’t been fixed in over 2 years misaligns the cursor between iPhone and Mac computers. Tons of threads with same issue back to 2019. The only way I can use the app is to login first to my PC and then link to Mac which fixes the mouse coordinate issue. Present on 3 iPhones and an iPad Pro across 3 iMac/MacBook devices with exact same behavior, so safe to say it’s not isolated incident. I would love Google to fix this issue but I’ve given up hope. It was amazing prior to this behavior so I know how good the app really can be. I depended on it as a single business owner on many occasions.

I’ve been using this app for a couple of weeks and for the most part it has been good. The only problem i’ve been having is that the cursor on my device doesn’t sync/match the cursor on my computer. Every time I go to click, it doesn’t click on the right locations.

Fix controls and zooming issues

Touch control doesn’t work as expected. Also when you pinch to zoom out it doesn’t stop until the window is unusable. Then you have to go into the settings to get the right scaling again. Annoying.

The mouse doesn’t accurately click where I’m telling it to so it’s impossible to use.

Great but not perfect

The app is at the time of this review, one of the best Remote Desktop app there is, and it’s free. The track mode is awesome to use and there is minimal to no lag, given that you have a decent WiFi connection. However, what it lacks is the ability to use ctrl, alt and other function keys! This is definitely a big draw back that most of time you can live with. If somehow the on screen key road can be transparent, it will make the app even better but this is not something essential.

Scaling all messed up!

The scaling seems off center like when you press the mouse button, it actually clicks the desktop somewhere other than where you intended on clicking. This app has become UNUSABLE because of it. Fix it and send me an email or respond here after you do so. ?? I used to really enjoy and depend on this app. Looking for alternatives now. ??‍♂️

Change Displays for Multiple Monitors?

It looks like some versions of the Chrome Remote Desktop allow you to change displays for a multiple monitor setup but for some reason the iOS App does not allow it. Besides that it works great.

Is it really free?

The preview section states that it’s free. Yet i was charged about $20 or $30 when I installed it. How about a refund? I like the app; very useful. However the past few days when I try to access my pc it says that it is offline when it is not off line. What to do?
