I can't believe this app has been out for so long and still doesn't support regular computer keyboard keys like every single Remote Desktop app on the planet. I take 5 times longer to complete a task due to this. Do something google, seriously it's ridiculous

Amazing. I just used this app for the first time to check my security camera server. Works perfectly on 4G. I can watch the videos. Fast. And awesome interface control. Using with Windows 10.
More embarrassment for Google

For a company with 10,000+ employees, over $10B/year in revenue, this pathetic company perpetually embarrasses itself with the 'crapware' they shovel out. Then ignoring issues and complaints regarding their crapware: priceless. Google, how many years will you let this fine 'app' sit before you post an 'update' that at best probably involved some intern adding a 'comment' in the code somewhere. You'd think their current CEO -- whoever that latest wonder is -- or anyone in this company -- had at least a few functional brain cells to recognize a train wreck. And why is Apple allowing this antiquated crap on here?! With Steve Jobs passed, and with Tim Cook clearly NOT what Steve had hoped for, Mr. Gates sure is rolling out professional, up-to-date products that WORK (not CRASH constantly, Mr. Cook)... I'm looking forward to jumping aboard the Microsoft Express -- this ship is sinking freakin quick. What a thumb-your-nose gesture to everything Steve Jobs did. But clearly no one can fill his shoes.
Needs Function keys

While this is a great, free app, to be really useful to remotely control a Windows PC, it needs a way to use ctrl and Function keys. I am forced to pay for LogMeIn to get this complete feature set. As long as I just want to use simple features, this is fine.
I can't give remote assistance with this?

Keyboard shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts don't work at all, and obviously there's no hardware mouse so it's quite cumbersome to use.
