The app is great, but whenever I try to do it with my Chrome OS and my IPhone, it doesn’t work. I have tried reinstalling it on my pc and it still doesn’t work. I am on the same account too.
Malicious Software on MacBook

I never imagine Google can produce such an malicious and disguising software. It takes me one hour to totally remove it from my MacBook. If you do not clean it completely, a “grant permission” window would always pop up every time you reboot your PC.

I use this Remote Desktop from another PC all the time and it works great. But this iPad won’t connect most of the time. I’ve sent feedback a couple of times but have gotten no reply.

There’s been a mouse alignment bug for months, impossible to VNC into a Mac from an iPhone.

Been using this app since early 2016. Probably the best remote app I’ve ever used. You get the quality without needing to resort to these other companies that want you to pay for the premium package. Edit (8/19/19) - 5⭐️ to 3⭐️ No idea what’s going on on their end but as of a few months ago I cannot safely choose “remember my PIN” on a mobile device. If I do, it refuses to connect the next time. Otherwise this app is a life saver. I don’t know why it hasn’t been rectified all these months. 2021 update: This app still hasn’t been updated in a long time. I still use it but cmon… this app used to be a lifesaver.
Trackpad support/touch screen support not good

I have a 2011 MacBook pro. This might be part of the issue. Everything seems to work well fairly well. I have the 2020 iPad pro. I has assistive touch turned on to use mouse support. Trackpad and touch does not hardly work so much I can't really use this app to control my MacBook which is the point. Maybe I have to change settings on my MacBook to get this to work better
