I was really unhappy with the amount of food i received when ordering online. I was really excited to order with the app but i got a barely half filled bowl. really disappointed and I would like to be contacted about it. I ordered around the holidays through for online pickup.
Add location confirmation please!

3/10 times I order from the closest location to me in the mall on accident, not the actual location I want which is just a little further down the road. Id love to see location confirmation as the final step before placing the order.

App is fine. However, every time I order chipotle online I get half of what I’d get in person. It’s ridiculous to the point that I’ve given up even trying. Now if I want chipotle, I just go to the restaurant myself. Online orders have also been regularly inaccurate. It’s a shame they’ve spent so much money on building the app and online experience that doesn’t work because of restaurants
Not having an account for some reason

This app says that I don’t have an account yet I’ve been using this app for a while now. Tried to use the forget password option and in the email it stated that my account doesn’t exist! How does that even make sense?!
If you can’t see, chipotle will cheat you.

Stores give smaller portions than promised when using mobile. Often guacamole or queso is just missing. This is just theft.

This app is the worst! It always freezes, or kicks me out mid order or can’t find the chipotle even when I am in the freaking parking lot. Just not worth it-you all lost my business

The food is usually good; however, the service and timeliness is terrible. Online orders are consistently behind and the workers won’t start helping on the online orders even if there are no customers in line... can’t go back because you don’t know if your order will be ready in 5 minutes or 50 minutes

Unhappy and hungry

Twice I’ve ordered delivery and my ordered was cancelled. This last time I used my rewards and my ordered was cancelled but they didn’t put my reward back on my account. I then tried to speak with a rep and the conversation sound scripted which was NO HELP to me. I still haven’t received my refund from my cancelled ordered.
