Between giftcard and point issues, chipotle customer service team is impossible to reach and help. The Pepper bot is completely useless to help

Don’t waste your time installing this. Points don’t update even after 48hrs. Don’t know why they’d throw away all that customer goodwill with a half-arsed app and points system

I used to spend over $4000 a year on Chipotle lunches. In 2020 I have spent over $6000 eating Chipotle working from home with covid. Due to my experience with the app I will now spend $0 eating Chipotle. When I order through any other delivery app, the Chipotle a 20 minute walk from my home is delivered in about 18-25 minutes. DoorDash, Ubereats, Postmates, you name it. But the official Chipotle app? 15 minutes late, 30 minute delivery window, and my food is always cold. That’s 45 minutes of my food, sitting. In the summer it’s still warm but in the middle of winter? My food is chewy and cold when it gets here. A $20+ meal should be at least warm when it’s a couple blocks from my house. Support was helpful the first couple times but this just seems to be the way it is. Honestly? Good. Since I quit ordering Chipotle I’ve made healthier eating choices, and with the money I’ll save not eating your food I’ll be able to eat healthier, less salty meals that are, well, hot.

Please add vinaigrette side option

I love the vinaigrette with my bowl but I can only order it with a salad. I would pay for a side if offered! :)

All 3 entrees in my order are too salty to eat. I chatted with Pepper, and it didn’t understand my issue. It asked me if I wanted to talk to somebody, and I said yes. Then it said sorry, no one is available. Then it started asking me the same questions I had already answered. Nothing worse than being hungry, disappointed and now angry. Boo.

Why cant we tip in the app. We can round up for charity but not tip the in store employees?? Please add a tip feature.

Great app and very easy to use. Only flaw you cannot apply a gift card if the card has less money on it than the total of your order
