Won’t accept credentials

I attempt to use my credentials from previous version and it won’t accept them. I select online ordering and it recognizes my recently placed order. Can’t understand the reasoning or value of this new app, particularly if unable to access it.

Did not recognize my account, however, I can sign in on Chipotle’s website. Before they submit the app, Chipotle should make sure it works. It deserves zero stars.

This is app is imbecilic to say the least! Credentials don’t work unless it’s Microsoft. I would use the iPhone app, but I use the iPad and can’t sign in my credentials because the keyboard covers everything up. I downloaded the iPad app, but now insist that you sign up with a dot live or Outlook. And the incredible saying is, my existing credentials don’t work.What the hell is wrong with you app developers. OMG! You don’t even deserve one star. Completely useless.

I’ve used this app before and was successful. Not this time. I’ve double checked everything, payment info, etc, even reentered payment info, every time it says “Somethings wrong, if this continues, try again later. I’d much rather the app work because I’m not able to get to the restaurant. Big pain in the butt with this app.

Why does the internal use for employees app look just like the customer app, once you log in??? The customer app wouldn’t accept my credentials, even though it had my last order and all my payment information. The swipe up to order is ridiculous, because it looks like it will transmit, but it comes back with “somethings wrong”, if this continues try again later. I tried the app on my iPad and unbeknownst to me that is your Business app! I spent a good 45 minutes trying to order on two different devices. I finally said screw it and drove to the restaurant and placed my order all over again. So much for free delivery this week!

I like how we can now be all in hands reach of all of the info the company puts out. ALL GM’s and R have clear communication at all times.

Tried this app and charged on a credit card. Within days card was being charged from outside sources. Beware of app!

People. This only for Chipotle employees. Ask yourself before downloading the app "Am I a Chipotle employee?" If the answer is no, just move along. Still want a burrito from Chipotle? Search for Chipotle in the App store and it's most likely the first search option. All other Chipeeps, enjoy!
