Mistakenly left my card as a payment method to one day wake up to my account making multiple orders / deliveries to different states around the country, tried contacting chipotle to notify them about these orders and to lock my account, they were no help and didn’t do anything for my situation, they offered me free entrees if I were to make another account with them.... I’m here still dealing with my bank trying to get my money back, $4400 worth of orders charged to my card all around the country and the bank is denying my fraud claims.. unbelievable. Never download this app on your phone and if you do don’t save your payment information, also never use debit... truly a nightmare.

It be helpful if you didn’t have a limit for putting in codes so I could just type in the code rather then having to scan cause sometimes the scanner is broken so that is the only way to do it is to type. It takes forever at times to update even after spending so much money & the point could be a bit higher other then that it’s not a horrible app
where are the chips???

cant order them through the app, but they are available in the restaurant. this has been going on for at least a month. if i pick up an order and want chips, the folks at the restaurant are NOT accommodating: i have no choice but to get at the back of the line.

Overall, I love this app. Super easy to use. But they need a way to indicate that you don’t want plastic ware. For a company that is as socially aware as chipotle, I’m surprised they don’t have this option.

I like the app most of the time. Definite room for improvement though in the gift card area. Wish the app allowed to combine tenders (load another gift card or pay remainder with credit card if gift card balance is insufficient). Very convenient though. It’s been a game changer during covid when I want to run in snd out quickly without lingering.

I like the app it’s very useful. However I’d you don’t order a salad there’s no option for lettuce. Unless I’m blind but definitely don’t see it.

As far as ordering the food, it’s pretty convenient and simple to use. However he who is simply disappear in the account deletes itself, log you out on from home and then you can’t log back in
Odd cancellations.

Third time in a month that my order is suddenly cancelled after 20 minutes waiting and even though the order is refunded, I didn’t get the food and the money takes 7 business days to be refunded in your account.
