Poor App and Customer Service – Chilis Review

App told us 14-22 minutes and when we get to restaurant to check in they told me a minimum of 45 due to people ahead of us. People who signed in after us but signed in at restaurant so they got "dibs" in the waiting line. I said then what's the purpose of signing in on the app? I can understand 5 maybe 10 minutes off on the estimated waiting time but 30+ minutes!?!? I guess that's why I hate going to chilies, especially in my town!!!
