The app is slow and not very responsive. Food is usually great and so is the service!

Thin crunchy chip is awesome. The salsa is too watery. It would be nice to have chunks of tomatoes instead of grinded watery version.

The app is ok but it doesn’t allow you to customize orders. You have to call the restaurant which defeats the purpose of using an app.
Times out all the time

By the time I enter in three entrees, it times out the session. God forbid you browse the menu or customize an item. It then becomes a race to speed through ordering as quickly as possible. Also, takes forever to process through checkout (slow loading - and it is not my phone) and will frequently time out at that point and erase the order. Nobody wants Chili’s food that badly.

I love chili’s, so I downloaded the app... but when I go to pay for curbside it doesn’t have an option to use a chili’s gift card!! What’s the point of the gift card if I can’t use it to order food?

Getting free chips and salsa or a non-alcoholic drink for free...can’t beat that! Also app has coupons at your local Chili’s, that you can redeem at your table. Definitely a great app for all who love Chili’s.

I usually order while at the grocery store shopping and when I am done shopping my food is ready for pickup. Thanks Chili's for making life easier!
