I downloaded this app a few days ago. I have not been able to utilize it yet! This is ridiculous, why even offer people the opportunity to rent a book online if you can’t ensure they will be able to read them? Please fix this because I need to be able to access my books, I have a lot of reading to do!

Waste of a download...E reader hasn’t worked on my iPhone in weeks. All customer service does it say they r working on it...meanwhile still no access.

The app is messed up. I can utilize the app perfectly fine on my phone but the second I try to use it on my Ipad it won’t work. Just shows it trying to sign in continuously. It’s been “trying” to log on since 7pm last night and still nothing.

This app is awful, it doesn’t load at all! I typed in my full email and full password instead of clicking the auto fill because i didn’t know if that was the problem, but nope it wasn’t that, it’s just the app. It looks like it’s loading, then it “loads all the way” and then it stays loading with the little dots moving. You can still access your books if you use google chrome or any other web browser, but if i pay for some ebooks then the app for it should work... this needs to be fixed, it’s ridiculous. Make an update asap chegg, this is unacceptable. Next time i’ll just purchase my books from somewhere else.

I love this app. It’s very convenient, but ever since I upgraded my phone I have not been able to sign into the app. I am on WiFi and I’ve tried to login while using WiFi at 3 different locations but nothing’s working. All it does is show the moving orange dots but never signs me in. I would really like to be able to access this book offline. Please help. If problem is not solved soon I will be getting a refund for my book.

I signed in on the normal chef app just fine, but am having trouble signing into the eReader to access my online textbook. After it brings me to sign in page and I press done or whatever it is, it just stays on the screen with the 4 dots to mean its loading and never actually signs in. What can I do?

Hello, I cannot even open my Chegg eReader app. I downloaded the app on my iPad and iPhone 8 Plus, but it seems the app cant seem to open. However, when I tried to read my eBooks in Safari I don’t have any problems. Please fix this. I spent almost $60 on my books and need them to pass my class.

I bought an e-textbook off chegg. I study and work on my iPad Pro and in order to read the textbook better you must download this app. I can’t even access my account or textbook from this app because it makes you login through safari as soon as you open the app, then, the app freezes at that point and won’t let you log in. To make the experience even worse, i called customer service to submit a claim about this issue, and they said they would contact the developer to fix this bug. It’s been a week since and the app still doesn’t work. I’m very frustrated that I even bought my school e-textbook with chegg. Extremely disappointing, and does not work at all. Poor customer service for not doing anything about it and taking the issue seriously too.

Created Chegg account with my Google account and can sign in to website but when I try to sign in on my iPad the page goes blank and won't allow me to sign in. Also it won't let me change my email or password on my Chegg account. Very frustrating would not recommend spending money here.
