Last year it worked perfectly fine, now as of this year I been trying to login and it will not allow me to do so. Since I can’t log in I won’t be able to read my books and study and that’s a big issue definitely since I start school this coming up Monday.

For the last month, I can not sign into my Chegg eReader. I deleted and downloaded the app twice and it still won’t start! If it is not fixed soon, I will be deleting everything from Chegg and going with another company! I have work that needs to be completed! Unacceptable on all levels!

Really upset and annoyed. This app does not work. I purchased to ebooks then was prompted to download eReader app. This app just shows a loading symbol when I log in. I called customer service and the girl was nice but nothing was fixed. They just reset my password and said they “put a ticket in” but was told there’s no way for me to know if it’s fixed. I’ve been trying for over a week and the app still does not work. If the app does not work I will be getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere, as an app is critical when buying an Ebook. The browser version is not user friendly as the book only cover half the screen so I have to zoom in. I hope the makers of this app see this and do something about it.

So I’ve been logging in to the eReader chegg app and it won’t load like wth....can someone please help resolve this issue.

I order ebooks for this semester thinking I will be able to use the chegg eReader app on my iPad and it do not work. You can try to login in then nothing happens. This truly disappointing. Do not use this app. I would give it no stars.
Couldn’t sign in but I found a loop-hole

If anyone is having the same issue of not being able to sign in to eReader I found a way to access my books. What I did was I signed in on Safari then read my textbooks from there. Once I opened the books (on safari) I went to settings at the bottom and a menu pops up with Account at the top. Go to the tab that says chegg books and somehow it auto signed in allowing access to the eReader. Hopefully I was clear enough and you were able to sign in. Chegg has to fix this problem soon.

Purchased an online text for the book I needed and this app wont read my log in information to even allow the app to open

I bought an e book last year and I was able to get on it on my phone with no problem but now this year I was not able to get on the app and I’m very disappointed please fix this problem thank you
