Can't turn the page, the screen flashes sometimes, and the speech function loses it's place if you switch to another app for a moment :(
Needs highlight feature

I think it would awesome if there was a feature to highlight content and put a small note with a book mark.
Unable to download for reading it offline

I have the app but I can’t see how I can download my books to avoid streaming and view it if and when I’m not connected to the internet.
Cannot log in through an iPad

It keeps saying it’s loading once I log in but nothing else happens. I tried with different WiFi connections and personal hotspot with no luck. However if I click on the Chegg logo I’m already logged in? It thinks I’m using a browser so I’m unable to download the ebook. Then it kicks me back to the app to download the app...

Can’t log into the app and view my textbooks. Went on Chegg website, and was prompted to enter my credit card number to unlock the answer as to why it isn’t working. Unbelievable

I bought an ebook to read on the eReader app. It won’t let me login through my google account on the app but it will on the website. If this doesn’t get fixed I want a refund for my book that specifically got as an ebook to read on my phone.

I can login just fine from my iPad, Mac, and previous phone. Problem is my login credentials won’t let me pass and access my library. I know I have the right login because it works with my other devices. Is this a part of the max device limit? Let me disable my previous phone through this one if it is. :(

Used this app for awhile and had no issues, except recently I got a new phone and it will not allow me to login. This is extremely important that I am able to access the ebooks for school. Please fix it!
Can’t even sign on

It’s been about a month now that I have the app and every time I go to sign on it’s stuck as if it were loading. I have a ebook that I would like to read when away from my desk top but this app is not helping. I’ve deleted the app and uploaded it a few times and still nothing. In the past I’ve used it and no problems. Now I don’t know what’s up.

It’s been awhile that I emailed you guys regarding the login issue and i was told that you guys are working on it. Yet I am back here again having the same issue after a month with the iPad app not being able to sign on. When I sign on my iPad it will show the loading sign going on forever, nonstop. It works fine with computer. I prefer to read my textbook on the go though. So annoying! Please actually fix it
