Redeem points and I never get my gift cards – CheckPoints #1 Rewards App Review

Been using for a year and everything going well. Starting in August 2020, I would redeem my points for a gift card and I got an email that my acct is under review and I will get gift card in 14 business days. That came and went and I never got my gift cards. Emailed support and got an email that issue has been escalated to another group and I never heard back. Disappointed
