I can’t remember a time where I haven’t used CheapTickets.com to book my flights, hotels and package deals. Many possibilities with affordable prices to match. Since I’m always booking trips and adventures, I recommend them to everyone that ask’s me where do I find good deals and of course I say CheapTickets. Thanks for making it easy and customer service is always helpful, Thanks again.
Changing reservations

Be warned: You can cancel reservations for free within 24 hours but you CANNOT change them for free. Then when you ask to cancel, so you can make the changes yourself, CheapTickets keeps your money for days, so you can’t use it to make the reservation change. Very frustrated and annoyed!!!! Make sure you don’t need to make any changes or you may miss out on reduced fairs by using this app. Easier just to book through a travel agent or airlines.
This app is pitiful.

I was not able to use any of the discount code I was given on any of my rooms or my car rentals so I don’t see the purpose of them give them to you I’ve traveled with them And have codes from then and I could not use them
Flight booking

Trying to book a flight it shows it’s there and when I process everything it saids flight not available. Annoying!!!!
Cancelled booking and still charged

This is a horrible site to book off. Their customer service is horrible. Every time you let them know about a charge to your account that’s invalid they say you’ll get a refund sent and it’s never sent. Their pictures for the hotels are a lie because it’s nothing like that in person. I asked for a case number to be sent to me and he said he had my email and I asked him to read it back to me and it wasn’t even my email then he said it will be sent in 5-10 mins and someone will contact me via phone with 24 hours. I never received an email it’s been past 24 hours. They are trying to avoid giving me my refund. I would not recommend doing bookings with this site.
