Great Concept, Poor Reality
Walking for a Cure
This seems so easy, but it’s not. I’ve got an Apple Watch that I have synced with my health app so that my steps can be recorded. My steps show up on my profile, but my miles register as zero. I’ve done everything suggested in the help department, but none fixes this situation. Very disappointing to put in the work and see zero miles recorded.

I’d like to begin by saying what a pleasure it is to be able to contribute towards the improvement of other lives by enjoying one of my favorite hobbies! I have hardly had any issues with this app in the past but, for some reason today I logged in and places the phone in my pocket while I was running and for some odd reason only register a small fraction of the distance I ran. Maybe it could be that we users need to ensure the app remains open as it is unable to run on the background (I have an iPhone) while we are using it! Good look and cheers to all of you great souls !
Unable to register Support difficulty accessing them

1/4/2021 Difficulty registration on our IPhones ? also Difficulty accessing support via their process on the webpage and gotcha. Inserted name Email Account Gotcha and nothing
