Miles Are Not Uploading

Charity Miles is a wonderful app. However, two weeks ago my sessions were not uploading and were only saved. I reached out to the support team and they haven’t replied back in more than two weeks. I really wish that my miles can be uploaded so that I can continue earning money for charity.
No longer Works very Well with Voiceover

I'm blind, and used to use Charity Miles a lot with Voiceover. Just tried the app again this morning, after not using for a couple of years, and it's no longer very accessible. Ihope they can fix the problems, so blind people can also contribute when we work out or take a walk.
Encouragement to rehabilitate

I like the fact that my efforts go to charity. I don’t like the fact that only the very athletic are featured in the promo spots. I am disabled and walking short distances is a challenge. What takes me 15 minutes to do can be done by the athletic sorts in less than five minutes. But people like me are still putting in effort.

I’ve been using this app for years and I’ve met and spoken with Gene, so I know he’s really trying here, but there are just little things that prevent it from being a great app!! Keep working Gene, you’ll get it there!!
