Can’t sign up?

Every time I try to register my account (first time user) I get an error message saying “oops registration was unsuccessful. Please try again or login.” I have tried all 3 of my email addresses (including my work email) they all get the same error message. I even tried to login with my account info from Strava...same problem. I can’t even register for an account so I can’t use the app.
Log In Error

The app says that there is an error when logging in. Thought I forgot my password but even when I entered my email it said password could not be changed. This has happened recently and others in the group are experiencing this issue as well. Please help!
Tracking errors

The app does not accurately track the miles it is usually .5 behind what i actually ran

I think my title says it all. I’m usually annoyed when an app prompts me to write a review, but with this one, I decided it was worth it. It’s so lovely to be encouraged to get in some sort of daily exercise, even a short walk, while giving back at the same time. Even though I’m not in a position right now to give financially, it’s awesome to know that walking a little bit everyday gives back to the Alzheimer’s Association. Love the app, love the easy-to-use layout and design, and love the idea behind it all. 5 stars, 10/10.
Wrong mileage

For the first time today, I walked my over 3 mile route and CharityMiles said I only walk .2 miles. I was on the road for one hour and 14 minutes somethings wrong.
Apple Watch?

Would give five stars if I was able to access from my Apple Watch. I’m always forgetting to start the app from my phone.

I love using this app to help benefit my charity of choice. I just wish it would work in tandem with my iWatch/fitness tracker.
