I hate this new app it looks weird bring the other one back it was better.

Very disappointing with this new app!! You can no longer see pending transactions or deposits! I want this feature back! I have no idea what you were thinking when you made changes to the app when you changed the name!

Design is ugly hard to navigate and everything looks so tiny!! Please look at the old CFE app and follow their design!!!


I really dont like this app

It crashes. It doesn’t complete transactions or transfers at times. This app alone may be the reason i switch banks to one that uses something else. I have to call my bank more often now.

This new App looks nice and updated, however features not working like check deposit, fingerprint login, and search is slooowed way down!


Terrible connectivity

Since the bank changed to Addition, both the App and website do not run smoothly. After signing on, it takes so long to go between accounts and literally “spins” when I select “account transaction”. It is so frustrating and takes way too long. Needs to be fixed


This app needs more work

This app doesn't work all the time and it's frustrating that you can't see your account because it takes like an hour to load.

This bank is the worst bank I ever used, I have them only for car payments, it’s so annoying just to pay my car, I have to do so much for the most simplest thing. Don’t get this bank, it’s to much of a hassle


Always showing error....

Since institution transferred over to addition financial the Updated app is always showing error. Frequently when I attempt online banking it says error and try again later. Also, if u want to check transactions it goes the the recent ones despite asking for the last 30, 60, 90 days. There is no where to go to next page. I am quickly losing faith with the new bank changes. And I was with previous bank for 20 years.
