This app is horrible. I have to uninstall and install several times for it to work on my iPhone. Old app with CFE worked so much better.
Fingerprint login no longer works

Subpar and disappointing

I just switched to Addition Financial last week and the only interaction I’ve had so far is with the mobile app. It is extremely basic and outdated. My phone cannot save my login/password so I have to enter the info every time I log in, and no Face ID or thumbprint feature like other bank apps. Where is the mobile check deposit feature that the app preview displays?? If the log in session times out, there is no “back” button so I have to force close the app completely and open it back up. Terribly behind the times and subpar, hopefully not a sign of how all interactions with this bank will be. I also don’t love that I will be charged an $8 fee if I don’t use the bill pay feature often enough. What is that about?
Need facial recognition.

Honestly the app is ok the old style seemed easier to navigate than this one. But the biggest problem is the fact I need to keep re entering my info just to log in when everywhere else I can just do my facial recognition please fix this soon
