Easy to use

I love the new app it’s easy to use and more up to date than previous apps. The only thing I would like to add is face recognition for those who don’t have phones with fingerprint.

Not sure what happened to the Touch ID feature on my app, but it’s no longer available. I am a little frustrated with that. I hope the update brings it back.

The app could be better but for the simple stuff like checking your balances it’s fine. But when it comes to chainring things with your profile just use the website it’s much easier.
Always showing access denied

I think the developers need to take a look at the app. It always denies access and I have to call the bank to unlock.. and after 2 logins, it locks me out... App needs to be fixed...
BillPay doesn’t work

Once you have 10 payees, BillPay doesn’t work and will not work even after removing payees to less than 10. This has been reported and completely ignored. Very disappointing!

Dislike this app it does not work. The Bank if great, app is the worst. Keep to look something up I recommend the computer and not the app.
Text alert

I have signed up for text alerts and still when I make purchases I don’t get a text. Which is very annoying. All of my Banks including Bank of America send me text alerts on my phone. But this one
