I have no issues with the app except I wish they kept your username. Hate having to input it every time.

This is the laggiest app I have ever used. It’s horrible.

This is the most frustrating app ever. Constant Glitches with Touch ID. Not able to access and when calling customer service they are unable to help. They redirect me with the same message just delete the app and downloading it over and over again. Very disappointed....

Mobile check deposits

The option for Mobile check deposits has been removed all of a sudden! The main reason I use this app and this credit union.

I’ve used app for years for banking needs. Now it will not connect to network. I’ve deleted app reinstalled - no go! Deleted, restart phone, reinstalled- no go. I havent changed anything on phone. What gives?

The only reason I need this app is to deposit checks to my business account... but now that’s gone.

It’s taking 4 days to verify a external account to pay my loan from this bank causing a late payment. All of my other bank accts cleared same day.

So why does the app not refresh itself when you’ve tapped out and it’s been over the 10 min limit? I understand it’s going to log me out. But I have to delete the app and re download it in order to log back in again. Please fix or tell me how to.
