The app photos and description say the the Celebrity Edge is supported. Downloaded app and no Celebrity Edge support. How can a new app not support your new ships.

And it still doesn’t work well. Just updated and already not useable. Got the oops screen. Does anyone test this app before releasing them on users?

It’s been my experience to wait until the day before sailing for this app to be useful.

Wow, I didn’t think it could ever get this bad. The app & site is not user friendly AT ALL. It has us log in multiple times and we have to hunt for our reservation numbers, etc. even though we’ve logged in and have credentials. The system sometimes just seems to not care and we are back at square one. Plus no clear way to book services, like hair, makeup on the Edge. It literally had us in circles on here.

Looks good, but hard to use, screens overlap making reading difficult. Not much help, or worth the effort to spend time with till they clean this app up.

Is this app coming to Celebrity Silhouette? Otherwise, I liked using it on the Edge.

We love the Aqua deck and the Blu restaurant.

Celebrity has a terrible website-hard to navigate. And now the pre check in process is horrible. I just tried to finish checking in my wife with a “opps a Robles try again later”
