Too much navigation required

Stateroom has two categories so you have tv remote and temperature on different screens. Plus you need to know to scroll over to that icon. Way too many clicks to get to anything. Want to know where to eat and what’s on the menu for this vs that! 15 clicks

There has been screw up after screw up with our reservation and trying to board the ship. They have isolated my whole family with no information on why or what cause. - we presume Covid related although we have had no contact for a week and tested negative the day before arriving at the ship terminal. This is unacceptable and ridiculous and we are Expecting a full refund or serious compensation for this mistreatment for over an hour without cause.

This app DOES NOT work on an iPad - it only works on a mobile device (phone) and intended to be used ONLY onboard the ship When I asked (& showed him) this webpage, he repeated “ This does not work on an iPad “ Even when I asked about checking in / doing safety drill / uploading vaccine photos “This app is not intended to be used of the ship” He later told me that he sent an email to Corporate, to have this app removed from the App Store Update The developers respond/ this app does Not work on iPad or tablets………for an app that does not work IT HAS A GREAT 4.6 stars???
