The app does not allow me to check in yet. Not sure what the issue is, but all I can see is the daily planner. I did receive an email today telling me I could check in now.

I have installed and uninstalled this app three times, and it just freezes on one page . Needs a lot of work to be reliable to use?

App has me currently on a cruise, and has locked me out of my booked cruises. On hold with IT support (45 minutes and holding). I’m going back to Norwegian!

App keeps freezing up- can’t go forward or backwards - all I can do is close the app and start all over again
