You send an email to upload my vaccination card to the app yet I cannot find it anywhere.
The chat is not working as it should, or as you say it should. My wife’s App shows me offline, when I’m not.

Hard to change between categories. It is also difficult to change to another cruise if you need to do more than one It is also frustrating to enter the photo of your vaccination card and then it doesn’t show the next time when checking in
I normally use my Win 10 computer to provide all of the pre boarding info you need. Being required to use your phone app is very inconviement.
We’ve loaded our vaccination information for our upcoming cruise three times. Website says we’re fine then next visit says something is wrong. We reload and access from iPad differs from iPhone and both differ from android. Navigation for information is not logical and difficult to find since search feature provides incomplete and inconsistent information
I have had nothing but trouble with the app scheduled diners Then they disappear To set up a diner reservation you have about 10 clicks to do just one I like the ships but hate the app Let our travel agents do this for us
