Bugged out after like a week – CBORD Mobile ID - for CS Gold Review

I have to go up to my math professor every class to explain that the app won’t work, so she can manually take my attendance. She then tells me to go to the IT department where they cannot fix this. I have to deal with this every single time I come to class. Y’all gotta fix this
