Fun but horrible support and difficult to complete

Game play is fun. The quests are difficult. The drop rate for item you need to complete each quest is ridiculous. The energy level stalls at 40 which means you need to ration your energy solely for the quest your on. Example: you need to slay 20 monsters in 24 hours. A full day will pass and only 5 of the needed monster will appear. To complete you need to spend real money. Customer is horrible. It’s always your fault. The items missing never existed, or my favorite answer, we are not responsible for in game events ask for answers on the forum.

event fatigue! every other day they have some sort of event, some even overlap. you can’t play the regular game without some stupid event interrupting. to complete most of those events you either have to wake up throughout the night to keep playing & using your energy or buy gems for energy/to skip in oder to complete the event. just finished a month-long halloween event. now, nov. 5th there’s another event! SERIOUSLY?! and yes, the game cheats you out of gems, key items you scored (reset), won’t spawn monsters you need, etc. that’s why they’ll NEVER get my money.

Castle Story starts a new event... You start collecting the necessary items. They come handy enough, for example, you need 3 items from cows, I have 7 cows so getting the item was relatively hmm, ok. Then the ‘timed event’ starts timing down. The 3 items you needed from the cows, well, TAKES YOU OVER 70 times to get them!!! And why? Because the makers of said game are all about the bottom dollar. The once free game, now wants you spend whatever it takes to finish the event. So grr to them!

It’s a good game to play, the app does have’s it’s problems and right at the worst time, when you pay for free game play time a the game crashes and takes 5 minutes to come back up, or when playing and the game right as your moving alone playing the game and the game resets itself and you lose everything you just done..but honestly it’s a fun app.. there’s always different goals in the game which makes the game even better to come back to you every day!

Love this game been playing for a long time. I would love to give it a great rating but I can’t in the middle of a play it reboots and you lose whatever you’ve done. This happens numerous times you cannot save the game via Facebook so if you were to delete the app and download again you’ll have to start over with the game. This is specially aggravating if it’s during an event. Many times certain items you have to get in order to get the big item. This happened with me I got all the items I went to the castle and did the adventure. Two hours later get back on the game and noticed no adventure was being done and I did not have the items required. That meant I had to start over to get the items. Game reboots continuously and you lose which you already received.Also wish there was a better customer service. A game is only as good as tech support. I have asked more than once please give us a double tap to use gems. It is too easy and I have lost at least 300 gems throughout my gameplay because an error your finger moves to this place about using gems to complete a job. All other games have double tabs are you sure you want to use jams. Please please make this change please give more time in between events. We need time to be able to work on our kingdom grounds and you don’t have that time because you have to spend all your energy working on items you need for event

When you have to tap over 140 times @ 20 taps each to get a gnome, that is downright ridiculous! Not to mention boring. Game also has no consideration for working people who dont have all day long to play the game. A lot of people quit the game once they find out how difficult it is! Also a lot of bugs happen. I guess this review was an old one and I cant get a new page. The game takes very long to download compared to all my other games and I have the newest update, so its not the Internet’s fault. Sometimes I have to download every other page I go to.
