Fun with Issues – Castle Story™ Review

Love this game been playing for a long time. I would love to give it a great rating but I can’t in the middle of a play it reboots and you lose whatever you’ve done. This happens numerous times you cannot save the game via Facebook so if you were to delete the app and download again you’ll have to start over with the game. This is specially aggravating if it’s during an event. Many times certain items you have to get in order to get the big item. This happened with me I got all the items I went to the castle and did the adventure. Two hours later get back on the game and noticed no adventure was being done and I did not have the items required. That meant I had to start over to get the items. Game reboots continuously and you lose which you already received.Also wish there was a better customer service. A game is only as good as tech support. I have asked more than once please give us a double tap to use gems. It is too easy and I have lost at least 300 gems throughout my gameplay because an error your finger moves to this place about using gems to complete a job. All other games have double tabs are you sure you want to use jams. Please please make this change please give more time in between events. We need time to be able to work on our kingdom grounds and you don’t have that time because you have to spend all your energy working on items you need for event
