Increasingly frustrating

I love the idea behind the game itself, and I’ve been playing for years. It used to be a lot of fun. But it’s getting more and more difficult to enjoy. Some of the quests and expansions take FOREVER to accomplish because the requirements are so high. If it takes months to complete one task, it’s not fun anymore. Also the advertising has gotten out of control. It’s just everywhere and it’s obnoxious. I’d rather pay a fee up front to play the game without all the ads, than have 900 pop ups to close and to have to scroll past all of the advertisements to get to the actual game play. Again, if you make it frustrating, it takes the fun out of it. For the first time I’m considering deleting the app. I’ve put a lot of time (and money ?) into it so I’ve been reluctant to get rid of it, but if I can’t enjoy it, then what’s the point?
Please update levels to over 50!

I have been playing this for a few years! What is frustrating is once you get to level 50, that’s it! I beg the developers to do an update so we can increase our level.
TOO MANY STEPS!

There are so many steps and so much material to have to gather, I haven't been able to finish a goal in the past year. Now there are numerous unfinished items in my storage, and no way to finish them unless I buy hundreds of dollars worth of gems. The only things that are worth working for are Alicorns, or other things that give energy, or those that give gems, gold nuggets, or other hard-to-get items. Another issue is the almost impossible steps needed to expand the kingdom. Don't you want people to stay interested in the game? If so, please address these frustrating issues!

I never get anywhere because I have NEVER spent a dime to purchase gems to progress.
Good game except gem trap

I used to play this game in 2013 and loved the whole storyline. Stoped playing because losing tons of gem to gem trap (accidentally clicking speeding up and spend gem - which is purchase with money). But I decided to download it again in 2019 to give it another try. You know what, with six year passed they STILL has the SAME GEM TRAP. I say if I’m careful so maybe i won’t accidentally click again. But after only few days, I lost 60 gems... I am giving up this game because it is just too frustrating to play. This does not happen to storm8’s other game like bakery story or farm story, where there is a confirmation notice before gem is used. So this is an issue that can be fixed. But if they haven’t done it in the last 6 years, I guess that there’s no hope it will in future. It is shame because this is a good game that I am very willing to buy gem with and play. But if you can lose gem so easily with an accidental click, I would never spend a cent on this.

I got this game a long time ago with an old device and I loved it so much! I would go on it everyday. But I lost the device and soon forgot about this game, only to find it years later. I’m so happy I found this game again, I don’t care of the changes that is made to this! I’ll always love this game.

Let’s See Where Do I Start This Game Is A RIPOFF That Only Wants Your Money You’ll Be Playing This Game For 2 Maybe 3 Minutes At The Most Because It Runs Off Energy You Have Around 100 Things To Collect From And It Only Gives You 40 Energy So That Means It’s 60 More Things U Need To Collect But Cant Until Your Energy Fills Back Up( 1 Energy Every 3 Minutes)They’re Plan Is For You To Spend Money On Gems Which Will Never Happen On My End It’s Crazy Cause IF We Had Unlimited Energy Like Any Other Normal Game I Wouldn’t Mind Buying Gems For Other Stuff In The Kingdom But I Dont See Myself Spending Money On Gems For Energy AND For Decoration Animals Or Etc Thats Just Not Going Down The Barons Tent Is Another Example Of How They Only Want Your Money They Only Give You 3 Cabbages But U NEED 6 Cabbages In Order To Win Anything From The Tent So What Does That Tell U They Just Want Your Money (10 Gems To Throw 1 Cabbage)

I have been playing this game for years now. For once I Would like to finish a quest or gather all my items. The time to finish the quests are so short and no one has time to be on here all day. Maybe give more energy so that we can do more.
