I am level 50 have been playing for a long time, I buy gems and other game items needed to complete quest and it is still IMPOSSIBLE to complete, it requires too much materials and time, I like the game and I have given it chance after chance, now I’m done, not fun anymore and a total pain. You lost a good paying customer who didn’t mind purchasing gems and other items because you make your Quest impossible to complete you have to play all day long in order to complete, shame on you and good bye

Game is frustrating!!! You have to buy too much. Have things to finish and can’t because you have purchase things. Or the games are locked and won’t open up.

1. I wish we could delete some items that we can’t use anymore that are waiting away in my storage making my game slower. 2. I wish the menu of items in my storage could actually be categorized for easy finding. 3. I wish when planting veggies and fruit, it had how many I have already. 4. I wish we had more options to gain white unicorns that restore our energy.

I continue to loose my gems by tapping something more than once by mistake. Customer Service was very nice and refunded 50 or so gems I lost one time. I have tried to be very careful when tapping for coins, but lost another 20+ gems tonight. In the last six months of playing I have lost a 100 or more coins by mistake. Is it just me, I asked. No......I just read some reviews and this is a monumental problem for gamers. Please, please ask for confirmation when gems are about to be spent. Please, please, please....

More than half the time the daily bonuses come back saying it did not compute. I complete tasks only to find out that it seems I’m repeating the same task I just finished. I put my phone down and it automatically takes away my coins. I sweat trying to complete task without even knowing what the result will be. Love the game, but wondering if it’s worth all the feelings of unfairness.
