I have paid for VIP status and have still not recognized on the game. Help!!!!

Best game ever! It’s BETTER than animal crossing. Highly suggest

I really was starting to enjoy this game. I usually don’t spend money on games but I purchased the VIP for it. What a waste. You can only get so far and everything stalls or repeats. VIP options would randomly disappear when you left the game to live your life also. Anyway, I thought something was strange so I did some research and boy was I mad. This game has not been updated or maintained for years. Non-existent customer service. I contacted Apple to get a refund ASAP. Non-maintained games like this should be removed from the App Store or at the very least not be allowed to offer in-app purchases. Next time I will definitely do my due diligence before purchasing any app or game upgrades.

VIP purchase is not restorable

Purchased VIP 3 month subscription but it only worked the first time I bought it. After I closed the game and returned, the “restore purchase” function just freezes. There is no way to contact developer: website just directs you back to App Store. And App Store just directs you to website.

Sorta Broken (please fix)

My first download didn’t work like it crashed so I had to delete and re-download. In playing the game the investment functions don’t work, like the screen of interacting with the investment screen just breaks the game and I have to close the game. Besides that it’s simple and easy to play.

The game freezes constantly. The VIP feature is broken. After purchased all perks are removed when the game is closed and any attempts restoring any purchase causes the game to crash. There is no way to contact the developer. The link in the App Store redirects to their main page and their context info has been removed.

I recently started playing this game and have come to enjoy it very much. I decided to try the VIP option for 3 months in order to speed up my progress, however, it isn’t working. I purchased the VIP pass but I don’t have VIP. To fix the issue I tried to tap on the restore purchase option, yet that doesn’t work either. Then I tried deleting and reinstalling the game which sadly deleted all my progress. I genuinely like the game, but this was rather disappointing. I hope this issue can be fixed.

Apparently the support for this game has been stopped. The glitches and freezing is unbelievable. I purchased VIP years ago and hadn’t played for a while. When I opened the game recently it had reset to the beginning and I no longer have VIP status.
