VIP purchase is not restorable – Castaway Paradise Town Builder Review

Purchased VIP 3 month subscription but it only worked the first time I bought it. After I closed the game and returned, the “restore purchase” function just freezes. There is no way to contact developer: website just directs you back to App Store. And App Store just directs you to website.
