I love the game, but am stuck trying to reinstall my VIP purchase from my iPhone to my iPad. I have attempted to contact them and have yet to hear back. It’s been 3 weeks!!
Make the animals and avatar like animal crossing

These are very ugly block animals and avatars make everything look better use them cording animal crossing did because right now everything is so ugly in your game. Reminds me of roblox

I personally love it cause it’s like animal crossing and I love games like that, but when I bought VIP and then exited out of the app, when I came back it said I didn’t have it but I still had the mansion. I didn’t have the unlimited stamina but I had the VIP items. It just kind of bugs me the little things cause I obviously was VIP I paid for it, but it wasn’t giving me all of the benefits. And then when I tried to contact support it’d take me on an endless cycle from the App Store to the website and then back to the App Store. I tried canceling the membership and getting it again but it still didn’t do anything. Kind of makes me mad but other than the small bugs I like it.

I enjoyed Castaway Paradise enough to subscribe for 3 months of VIP. After about 8 hours all the VIP perks are gone. It was fun while it lasted and I had read a few reviews reporting the same issue. Maybe it comes back maybe it doesn’t. Either way the developers got my $2. They won’t get anymore.

THIS GAME HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED IN NEARLY 3-4 YEARS!!!! ITS NO WHERE NEAR ANIMAL CROSSING!!!! DONT GIVE MONEY TO THIS GAME BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!! WHY THIS GAME IS STILL IN THE APP STORE IS BEYOND ME BUT THEY NEED TO GET RID OF IT ALL TOGETHER!!!!!!! (1-10-21) I am at level 13 and I'm finding the game to be very repetitive. There are places roped off and it doesn't say why, characters are starting to ask you to repeat the same quests, several things on island that are not interactive but at least give a reason why it's just sitting there. Are there more characters added down the road? It's just starting to become a boring and lame game. Animal crossing is way better. Old characters, new characters and all sorts of cool features. This game doesn't even acknowledge holidays or day and night. Needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Just bought VIP bc I loved the game so much. Went back today and my unlimited pickaxe and water was gone. Still has the count on them. No way to contact y’all. Tried to restore purchase and just freezes. I finally find a phone game that I like, and this happens. Idk why y’all don’t have a support.
