Great game but it has a few glitches to work out

I am genuinely enjoying this game, though a particular glitch makes it impossible to complete the dailies... when I try to make a deposit eat the bank, it freezes with an empty text panel and all I can click on are the camera or access to the catalogue. Another minor glitch is sometimes a sparkle storm follows my character around, but that disappears when I restart the game. Warts and all, I am still really enjoying this game... I’ll bump the stars to 5 when the bank glitch gets fixed!

this game is honestly quite a bit of fun, even with all the glitches. however, i purchased the VIP package and now can’t get the purchase to restore, and the support button only brings me to a page that says “not found”! i really want to like this game, but without any support i literally can’t play it. kind of ridiculous that i paid money to play this and no one is available to help me ?

When you spend money you don’t get what you paid for. It offers you to purchase it but you already did... there’s no contact to get in touch with anyone. 0 contact support. Fun game but if you want to sit and watch ads all day just to get through playing the game then go ahead.. VIP worked for a short time and went away. If it actually stayed this game would be worth it.

Literally bought v.i.p spent money a couple different times and it still didn’t work there isn’t even a way to get ahold of anyone it keeps telling me customer support “not found”

I absolutely LOVE this game, it’s just like Animal Crossing and the islanders are so cute! I’m really glad there’s a lot to do in the game and it’s nice how you can dress up your character anyway you want! The only thing I don’t like about the game is that you have to be a VIP to get all the good stuff, but it’s still the perfect game to play if your looking for something different!

I absolutely love this game. I WANT to give it 5 stars but I know if I do, it would be a waste of my time. I paid the $2 for the 3-month VIP membership... the payment process went fine my account says the money was removed... I can’t get Stevie, I have no way to remove ads, I don’t have unlimited stamina and I can’t upgrade to a mansion...I have absolutely none of the perks...EXCEPT ONE. I can go into the back room that’s roped off for VIP only... I can’t do anything but add stuff to storage. So what’s the point in paying the money for a VIP membership to a game I can’t have access to? I ever uninstalled and lost all my progress just to see if that helped... which it didn’t and I just lost all my progress for nothing.

It's a really fun game. However, I had played for a while with vip and then deleted the app. I recently redownloaded the app and tried to restore vip and it froze. Restarted app. Tried again. Rinse and repeat. Vip isn’t worth attempting. Tried buying vip and it frozen and never went through even though the App Store said that I was paying for it. Deleted.

This app has SO many bugs and errors. The VIP subscription that you pay for will only be active until you close the app. Once you open the app again, the game acts like you’ve never purchased the VIP subscription. I tried the normal subscription ( $1.99 per month) as well as the Forever VIP ($14.99) and both did the exact same thing. I tried to contact Stolen Couch Games via Facebook messenger but I got an automated message telling me to either download the game or contact “support” which sends me to their main website to download the freaking game. The website doesn’t have a single way to contact support on there so I tried Twitter. The last time Stolen Couch Games was active and responding to players was in 2018, but I still sent them a message. I have yet to receive a response. I finally had to go through Apple directly to receive my refund. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t spend any money on this developer.

There are three major issues in this game: poor mechanics, “energy,” and white sparkles. The mechanics required for Fishing, and catching bugs are terrible. It would not be worth learning these janky mechanics to start collecting fish. The energy required for all of these terrible mechanics are an even better reason to not play this game at all. It’s supposed to be that Grindy, play all day, addicting game. But it’s not because you can only do a certain number of actions. 20 to be exact. Unless you want to watch a 15-30 second ad that may or may not crash the app and not give you the 20 energy anyway. Ridiculous. I don’t know why or how, but every second that I play there is about 10 white sparkles that pop up on my screen every 2 seconds and they cover about 10% of the screen. That in and of itself makes it borderline unplayable. The actual rpg and collecting aspects of the game were halted by all of these abominable issues. The gameplay may be decent but I wouldn’t really know because I didn’t get that far. These three issues combined make for simply an animal crossing rip-off. I should’ve been payed to try it, because that’s how bad it was.
