I had some issues with the site clearing my cart after my phone screen locks, when I unlock it my items are gone. It was a little frustrating after having to re add items several times but I just moved to a computer so it wouldn’t close. Otherwise I love carter’s clothes!
I usually love Carters! But I was disappointed this time

I use carters primarily for my daughter since she was born! Recently, I ordered her some snow jackets and a snow suit for the winter. I paid 2-3 day shipping bc it’s very cold here already. I got an email saying my entire order was cancelled because of one of the items being out of stock. so I went into the website; and it was showing only that one item was cancelled and my order would be shipping soon. I was pretty confused so I reached out to a rep, and was treated with lots of attitude, and little to zero care about the problem. So after 2 emails, an hour and a half on hold twice, and and not getting the callback I waited for, I finally got an email that my package had shipped. Seems like there’s a technical issue going on, or a lack of communication between servers...
Gift Card Option missing from application

The app seems to work well, aside from some freezing. The only options for payment are credit card and PayPal. There is no option to apply a gift card. I needed to go on the website versus app. to be able to use my gift card.

The search tool doesn’t work. You can’t research the status of your orders. When you place an order on the app, the items stay in your cart. Usually, I end up opening an email or opening their web site.

Deleted my items as I was shopping. Terrible app! It’s no wonder people don’t waste time shopping online from them! Disgusted. What a waste of my time and life.
Poor customer service

I have never dealt with a customer service so poorly run. I have tried to contact them for two weeks with no luck. When I finally got ahold of someone their knowledge of tgeir job was highly lacking. It makes me rethink ever shopping there again.
