I’m a true Carters fan. I’ve been clothing my children & grandchildren in Carters clothes since birth. I love the quality of the clothes. Wash after wash and they literally never wear out. I always pass the clothes down to other family members when possible. As the old saying goes… ?“If they can just stay little til their Carters wear out”?

Trying to favorite items is so annoying. You go to your favorites and 50% or more are not there and the app says they're sold out so they can not be added. The items aren't sold out, the app is just buggy! Super frustrating when you're preggo and not feeling great and just trying to add some cute baby items!

?♀️Amazing my mother dressed me in “Carter’s “dresses and I am 64years old!?♀️….My three sons all wore Carter’s (1978,1982,1986) and now my grandchildren from ages 15 thru 1 month ( twelve of them)..It’s my first chose for ? So congratulations on a a wonderful quality long lasting product.!

Decided to give the app a chance but will not let me log into my account, yes I enter the correct credentials but app will not accept password, no extra spaces, every single character is right, I know I’m using the right password because I can use the website in my phone but it’s difficult to navigate.
Can’t order anything

I cannot order anything because it is requiring an apt number. Which I don’t have. So I made one up and it still doesn’t accept my address. Worthless app. I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Absolute waste of time. I put in all the necessary details, and then over and over again, I kept being told there were out of stock items that were moved to Save for Later. Okay, that’s fine! I still have a plethora of other items I want. I see that the item isn’t in the cart, and so I go to try to place the order again. Same message. Over... and over... and over... Then some of the hot items I was wanting were now out of stock after an hour of trying to buy them. And I’m still trying to place my order but keep getting the same message. I couldn’t find the save for later list, and I couldn’t remove items from my cart. It was the most horrific “shopping experience” — if you can even call it that, considering I couldn’t even buy anything— I ever had with an app. Extremely disappointed. I never want to use this app again. I don’t want anything to do with it. There’s no redemption from this.

Visite la tienda en Noviembre 22 /2021 a las 5:22 pm OSHKOSH qué está localizada en 2950 West Interstate 20 Grand Prairie, TX 75052 . ( outlets ) Estaba viendo unas mascarillas para niñas, la cajera me dijo que las podía abrir, otra empleada qué estaba en el piso me vio y con una gran actitud me gritó. Me dijo porque las avía abierto, le respondí la empleada qué está cobrando dijo que lo podía abrir. La misma empleada de el piso Me gritó y me dijo que tenía que pagarlas porque era mi culpa, le respondí No se enojó y empezó a faltarme el respeto en frente de mi niña de 7 años. Le pregunté su nombre y me respondió para que lo quieres, no te lo daré.. La llamaban Elena es hispana estatura pequeña , gorda con cabello largo rizado,Con actitud de dueña . Terrible experiencia No la recomiendo .
Favorites no longer save on the app

Super annoying that I can no longer save favorites on the app… Silver lining is that I spend way less these days since the items I favorite won’t save!

The app meets my needs but I wish there was an option for dark mode. It’s hard to shop when I’m feeding my babe in the middle of the night.
