Overpriced and hard to navigate site

I do not know when Carter’s became so expensive! This used to be my go to for my kids but the prices have gotten crazy I’ll only shop sale items or clearance but it limits my options ,also the recent update to the app does not have the carters credit card on it’s so checking your balance or making payments has become an issue. Ease of shopping isn’t there either.
Love the store and points cannot pay credit here?

I can’t add anything to my cart. When I try to open the cart it says error. I’ve tried removing and updating the app but nothing happens. It’s frustrating when functions of an app don’t work like they should. Please get it fixed.
Suddenly no access to credit card through app

I used to be able to access my credit card and make payments through the app but it seems that feature is gone. I’ve looked for another app but can’t seem to find one. I prefer card access through an app rather than having to go to a website, so I would love to see this feature added back.

I used to be able to pay my credit card on the app and now that feature is gone. So disappointed! It made life way easier just to go in the app and make a payment.

Can’t Use Gift Card

I was really excited to order for the Carter’s app, the layout is pretty and it’s fairly easy to use, but at checkout there is NO way to use a gift card. Very upset. I now have to try to find all of my items on the website and hopefully get the same discounts so I can use my gift card. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
