Not working on iwatch

I tried to use it on my iwatch and it won't work. Keeps saying I need to boot up my iPhone counterpart to begin. Everything is updated on phone and watch. I can't get it to work.
A workout I can actually get through.

This app is distracting enough to keep me focused on anything but the workouts. Even when I feel tired and sore I get excited to work out and make progress.

It has helped me lower my weight after a surgery. I just wish that it had more languages like Spanish so that I could recommend it to my family.

Ok so I've tryd a lot and I mean a lot of apps out their for weight lost and motivation apps but this is by far the best !! It's funny in a way where she uses harsh words but it's motivation. And I like it . She tells you how many calories you should eat a day . It has animation and I love it . Shows you how to do work out . She has a timer , she tells you when you have 15 to 5 seconds left so you don't have to keep on looking at the screen the whole time ... Download this app it's worth it ...
