Funny, but limited

Not a bad app, but there are better ones out there. The hook is its humor.

I love this app. It is hilarious and it motivates me to keep logging in (maily cuz i dont want to dissapoint it). However, theres only 1 workout that starts getting old after a while. They should include more exercises!!

I would have given this app five stars for its brilliance and entertainment, despite the unstable connection to Apple Watch; unfortunately, I purchased the $1.99 “booster pack” a few days ago as an in-app purchase and now the app will only play the new exercise. There are options for switching between the two exercises but the app is so buggy that your choice simply does not stick. Unhappily for me, the new exercise isn’t as aerobic as the original exercise. The new exercise is more strength and flexibility based, not what I wanted an app for, so I’m less inclined to use the app entirely. It was fun while it lasted though. I’m sorry I spent money for an “upgrade.”

Or, well, calls you names. I'm surprised how well the "insults" work for me—encouraging (in their way) and quite hilarious. One time Carrot said halfway through Extreme Lying Down (plank) something that sums it up: "Unless you die, keep going."

I like this app a lot but...

I really like this app but it lacks any new major features for example new workouts or the customization of the personality of Carrot AI like in the Weather app. Please add more new features don’t let this awesome app get rusty.

I purchased all of the CARROT apps. I use them all and love the snarky comments! They work great together to help this lowly meatbag get stuff done and keep track of what I’m doing. I look forward to waking up, checking the weather, going over my to do list, getting in a workout, and keeping track of my calories, playing the AI game, and caring for my cat. These apps brighten my day!
