It’s okay
Displeased......
At first it is really funny and motivating but it just gets old. It is only one 7 minute workout over and over again. I feel like I could have done this routine without paying 4 dollars for it. To get more exercises they want you to pay 2 more dollars and I don’t really want to waste 6 dollars for a couple of exercises I could have come up with myself.

I used to get level up points for my workouts outside of the app. Now it just lists the workouts and often does not have the calories burned. So the fun and tracking this app once provided are now gone. I will probably delete it soon since other apps track everything correctly. Such a shame as I enjoyed the various level goals I would hit.

I'm kind of a loner exerciser. I like to focus and do my own thing. Not much for positive encouragement in the fitness area either. It all feels like patronization to me. That's why I love Carrot. I do the 7 minute workout 3-4 times throughout the day and by the end of the day I know I've gotten a decent workout. Her snarky comments are just the thing to keep me focussed without wussing out. The only thing is I wish there were more workouts to vary between. I bought the booster pack because I didn't want to do the exact same thing 4 times a day. It was work it and I could feel the impact of the other exercises immediately. I'm actually recovering on my basement floor as I type this ?

Great up but just wish the pause button wasn't so sensitive... I'm always accidentally pausing.. Maybe an actual stop button it self would be nice .. Make us fight for that pause...

I love the attitude of this app. Keeps it real and does not care if she hurts my feelings. Great change in today's society.
