This is a great workout in my opinion I would recommend this to anyone and the price is really worth it

This app is great. Not for the thin skinned person. The insults she throws at you keep you laughing. I look forward to every exercise because I can't wait to hear what she says. Brutally honest and so freekin funny. Love it and can't wait to see what the makers have up their sleeves next.

I can't stick to a work out routine because I get bored. When I'm bored the routine seems much harder than what it is to start and complete. I know. I know. The woes of an American. Carrot took my mind off of what I was doing. She even made a H.P Lovecraft reference which earns extra brownie points. I'm out of shape. However since this review is on an exercise app that personal tidbit about myself should all ready have been implied. I couldn't complete all the exercises throughly. I did complete the 7 minutes though. And when it was over my body was burning up and I was wore out. It's $3.00. For someone who is much to busy and cheap for a gym membership this is perfect for me.
