Absolutely terrible

In my case Carly Connected is a complete fraud and a scam. Their website makes false claims about features and car models that their adapter and app support. They simply refuse to support their product. I've emailed them a dozen times and the only response I receive is that they are busy and will get back to me and then don't. There is no other way to contact them. This is not a reputable company.

I purchased the Carly’s OBD hardware and used it for a little over a year. I tried using it this week and it sound open the app and got a message that I now have a new personal account but still wouldn’t connect. I clicked restore and it appears that charge be annual fee which I will be disputing. If the only way to use it now is to pay annual fee then the OBD adapter thy sold me is useless.

Bought their hardware and paid for their app but now they change to subscription model. I’m out $100 and now they want $60 a year?! No thanks.

Be prepared for frequent hardware upgrades to continue using this app after purchasing it. I’m on my second OBD adapter, and now am told I need to upgrade again, and also need a new tablet that runs Android 6+. I purchased a Lenovo tablet just to use this app (after going to the dark side - iOS) and now its a paperweight. Developer should keep a legacy version for users that have invested in the app and don’t need the new features or new model compatibility. I get that they are continually improving the app... but I just want to be able to use what I paid for. At this point, it would be cheaper to pay for coding.

This app has changed so much from its original design that at this point it’s not even worth it anymore. You have to create an account now to use it. Plus it has a yearly subscription fee. Honestly for a scanning tool I shouldn’t have to pay every year to use it.

Yes they took an fee for the use but every time I log in to the adapter- it wants me to buy it again! Tried reaching out to them - I just gave up saying it’s an Apple issue- really? Can’t get a refund either. So I’m screwed- unless they tell me the step by step on the work around Very disappointed

I've been using this app for me andy buddies BMW and Mini Coopers but I hate the fact that I have a yearly subscription which is coming up; I will not renew this unfortunately because of that. App is definitely useful
Great app but too expensive!

This app allows some great customizations but the price is so steep! $25-29 perhaps but 59 is too much!
